DIABETIC MARINATED MUSHROOM SALAD

Yield: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 cups sliced portobello mushrooms
2 tablespoons Paul Newman's Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing
Several Romaine lettuce leaves
1 teaspoon dried dill

DIRECTIONS

Toss mushrooms in dressing. Wash lettuce leaves and place on serving plate. Spoon mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with dill.
