Greek Vinaigrette
Makes about 2 cups
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon tarragon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons dried
parsley
salt and pepper
In a food processor, combine all ingredients until mixed well.
