                        Creamy Balsamic Dressing 1

  1              whole  egg
  1           teaspoon  Dijon mustard
     1/2           cup  Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar
  1 1/2           cups  Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
                        fresh minced garlic
                        salt and pepper -- to taste

Combine egg, mustard and vinegar in blender.  At slow speed add olive oil.
 Season with garlic, salt and pepper.  Keep refrigerated until used.  Can
be used as a dressing, marinade, vegetable dip or base for Caesar salad
dressing.
