Chipotle Vinaigrette
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon garlic puree
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup rice vinegar
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 tablespoon chipotle peppers
2 cups oil
Mix all ingredients well except the oil. Add oil before serving.
