{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} FRENCH DRESSING



FRENCH DRESSING
Makes 3/4 pint
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive or salad oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 peeled clove garlic, cut in half
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Put all the ingredients in to a pint jar with an airtight lid, and shake
well - or like a madman. This will be enough to use on

three or four bowls of green
salad. Leave the two halves of garlic cloves in the jar and store in the
refrigerator.
Remember to shake well each time before using.
