Cowboy Soup [I made this soup exactly as written, then after simmering for about an hour, it was way too bland, so I added salt, pepper, a package of taco seasoning and a heaping Tablespoon of dark Chili powder. THEN it was fine. Adjust seasonings to suit your family’s taste buds. This is what’s for supper tonight, as I can’t use my sink at all until tomorrow. New sink caulk! ;-)

As you waste your breath complaining about life, someone out there is breathing their last.
Appreciate what you have.
Be thankful and stop complaining.
Live more, complain less.
Have more smiles, less stress.
