  1 1/2           cups  ham -- finely chopped
  1 1/2           cups  green onions -- chopped
  1       (16 oz.) can  lima beans -- rinsed and drained
  1        (15 oz) can  garbanzo beans -- rinsed and drained
  1        (15 oz) can  red kidney beans -- rinsed and drained
  1        (15 oz) can  black beans -- rinsed and drained
     1/2           cup  cider vinegar
  1           teaspoon  sugar
  1           teaspoon  extra virgin olive oil
     1/2      teaspoon  ground cumin
     1/8      teaspoon  salt
     1/8      teaspoon  pepper

1.  Combine first 6 ingredients.

2.  Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk.  Drizzle over bean mixture; toss gently to coat.

3.  Cover and chill at least 2 hours.  Toss gently before serving.
