                           FRUITY CHICKEN SALAD

  2               cups  cooked chicken breast halves -- cubed
  2               cups  cantaloupe -- cubed
  2               cups  honeydew melon -- cubed
  1       (11 oz.) can  mandarin oranges -- drained
  1                cup  green grapes
  1                cup  fresh strawberries -- halved
     1/2           cup  celery -- thinly sliced
  2        tablespoons  green onion -- finely chopped
     1/4           cup  fat-free mayonnaise
  1         tablespoon  orange juice -- frozen concentrate
  1         tablespoon  splenda
     1/4      teaspoon  celery salt
  4       -5 teaspoons  water
                        leaf lettuce

1.  In a large bowl, combine the chicken, fruit, celery and onion.

2.  In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, splenda and celery salt.  Add enough water to achieve drizzling consistency.

3.  Place lettuce on platter; top with chicken mixture.  Drizzle with dressing.  Serve immediately.
