  8                     green chiles -- roasted, peeled and seeded, chopped
  2                     tomatoes -- sliced
  1              small  red onion -- coarsely chopped
  1                     cucumber -- peeled and sliced
  1                     green bell pepper -- chopped
  1                     red bell pepper -- chopped
  1                     yellow bell pepper -- chopped
     1/4           cup  gresh cilantro -- chopped
  3        tablespoons  salsa
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
     1/4      teaspoon  cumin

1.  Combine all ingredients and chill for at least one hour.  Serve on a bed of lettuce.
