                        COOLIN' COUNTRY RICE SALAD

  1                cup  uncooked rice -- cooked according to package directions.
  1                     red bell pepper -- seeded and diced
  1                     green bell pepper -- seeded and diced
  1       (2.25 oz.) can  sliced black olives -- drained
  1              stalk  celery -- finely chopped
  4                     green onions -- finely chopped
  2        (6 oz) cans  crabmeat -- drained and flaked
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice
  1           teaspoon  curry powder
     1/2           cup  mayonnaise

1.  Combine cooked, cooled rice and all ingredients.  Toss lightly.  Chill
