                         CREAMY CAULIFLOWER SALAD

  2               cups  cauliflower -- chopped
     1/4           cup  celery -- sliced
     1/4           cup  cheddar cheese -- shredded
  2             pieces  canadian bacon -- cooked and chopped
     1/2           cup  mayonnaise
  1         tablespoon  sugar
  1         tablespoon  white vinegar
     1/8      teaspoon  salt
                  dash  pepper

1.  In a serving bowl, combine the cauliflower, celery, cheese and bacon. 

2.  In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over cauliflower mixture and stir until coated.

3.  Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
