                  CORN AND CHERRY TOMATO SALAD WITH HAM

     1/3           cup  cider vinegar
  1           teaspoon  olive oil
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  pepper
     1/4      teaspoon  Italian seasoning
  2 1/2           cups  frozen corn -- thawed
  1 1/2           cups  cooked ham -- finely chopped
     1/2           cup  sweet onions -- finely chopped
     1/4           cup  green bell pepper -- finely chopped
  1       (12 oz) container  cherry tomatoes -- halved
     1/4           cup  fresh basil -- chopped

1.  Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring with a whisk, set aside.

2.  Place corn in large bowl; add ham, onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes.  Drizzle with vinegar mixture; toss to coat.  Sprinkle with basil.  Cover and chill.
