Chicken Spinach Salad  

Prep/Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 package PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Roasted Garlic with White Wine, 9 oz.
1 package (5 ounces) baby spinach
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup red onions, diced
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted if desired
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

 
Instructions

   1. Mix spinach, chicken, dried cranberries, red onion, pine nuts, and cheese.
   2. Toss salad mixture with balsamic vinaigrette.
   3. Serve on chilled plates.
