BBQ Chicken Salad

Semi-Homemade 20-Minute Meals 2

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

10 cups (about 12 ounces) Italian lettuce mix, Fresh Express®
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing, Hidden Valley®
2 packages (6 ounces each) grilled chicken strips, Oscar Mayer®
1/3 cup BBQ sauce, Bull's Eye®
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, Kraft®
1 can (11-ounce) mexicorn, Green Giant®
1 can (4-ounce) diced green chiles, Ortega®
1/4 cup real crumbled bacon, Hormel®
1 cup french fried onions, French's®
 

Directions

In a large bowl, toss salad mix with ranch dressing and set aside. In a medium bowl, toss chicken strips with BBQ sauce and set aside.
Divide dressed salad among four chilled dinner plates. Top each with chicken strips. Compose salads with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
