Low-Fat Ranch Dressing Recipe



This creamy, rich-tasting dressing is a very deceiving low-fat alternative.—Cindy Bertrand, Floydada, Texas

    * Prep: 5 min. + chilling


Ingredients

    * 1 package (2 ounces) reduced-fat ranch salad dressing mix
    * 1-1/2 cups fat-free milk
    * 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S® Fat-Free Sour Cream
    * 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise


Directions

    * In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill. Serve over salad greens. Keep refrigerated. Yield: 2 cups.


Nutritional Analysis: One 2-tablespoon serving equals 26 calories, 0.55 g fat (0 saturated fat), 4 mg cholesterol, 263 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 Free Food.
