Best Ham Salad Ever
6 cups ham, coarsely ground
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. This makes about a 1/2 gallon tupperware container full.
