{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} Winning Recipe: THAI CHICKEN COLESLAW (Subscriber Exclusive)

I have three new magazines and two new cookbooks!  Prepare for some amazing new recipes!  All but one magazine are from Taste of Home.

I go to the Doctor in St. Louis tomorrow for my epidural and can hardly wait!  Trouble is, it’s two hours away and appointment is at 8:45!  Way too early for me!  Wish me luck!

My love of Thai peanut sauce inspired this tasty salad creation that always has me going back for seconds. It also make a delicious side when made without chicken. —Jodi Ollerman, West Richland, Washington
