That young man is surprising everyone. He is now off of his pain meds and on muscle relaxers only. They took him off of the ventilator and inserted a trach but he is breathing on his own and getting antsy when the physical therapists work with him. I am told that he has never cared for someone pushing him and making him do something. That is working in his favor now. The dr's say he is making amazing progress. I want to give most of the credit for that to all the prayers he has been receiving.
His family wants me to thank all of you and asked that you please keep praying since he has a long road ahead of him.
