Coleslaw with Mustard and Apples

Serves 8


1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons course brown mustard
1 small head greed cabbage, shredded
2 apples, cut into matchsticks
1 cup shredded, peeled carrot

1. In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
2. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples and carrots. Add vinegar mixture to the bowl, and mix well. Cover and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.

As you waste your breath complaining about life, someone out there is breathing their last.

Appreciate what you have.

Be thankful and stop complaining.
