Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

Yield: 4 servings

2 cooked chicken breasts

4 hamburger buns

1 cup lettuce, divided

2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing, divided

Cut chicken breasts in half. Place one half on bottom of each bun. Top with lettuce and 1/2 tablespoon of dressing.

Per serving: 210 calories; 7g fat; 1g saturated fat; 45mg cholesterol; 17g protein; 19g carbohydrate; 3g sugar; 1g fiber; 481g sodium; 73mg calcium
