GREEN BEAN SALAD WITH PORK


Crisp green beans topped with tender pork. Serve with a side of toasted almond vinaigrette to complement.

  • Servings: 4
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 10 minutes
  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 TbspVegetable Oil
8 ozBoneless Pork Chops, sliced
3 cupsFresh Green Beans
½ cupCooked Peas
¼ cupRed Onion, sliced

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and cook for 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add in green beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Stir in peas and red onion. Top salad with sliced pork. Serve with hard-boiled egg, if desired.
