{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} Winning Recipe: Cheesy Chicken Chowder

I have to go to work, so I’ll send the rest of the recipes tonight.  It is MUCH warmer here….65º and supposed to get up to 70º, but it’s still extremely dreary and rainy.  We need the rain, but it sure hinders people wanting to buy ice cream.  I might finish my book today!  J Not really funny, but extremely appropriate!   Have a good day.  See you tonight.

Cheesy Chicken Chowder

I like to serve this hearty chowder with garlic bread and a salad. It's a wonderful dish to prepare when company drops in. The rich, mild flavor and tender chicken and vegetables appeal even to children and picky eaters. —Hazel Fritchie, Palestine, Illinois
