Nectarine Chutney Salad
1/4 C. salad oil
2 T. lemon juice
3 T. chopped chutney
1 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
1 pint creamed cottage cheese
2-3 nectarines sliced
1 green onion trimmed
Make dressing by combining first 6 ingredients in bowl or glass jar with tight fitting lid. Beat or shake well. Scoop cottage cheese onto salad plate; stand nectarine slices upright against mount, colorful skins facing out. Stick green onion into center. Serve with dressing.
