JALAPENO CORN CHOWDER

3 cups corn
1 (14.5 oz.) can chicken broth
1 1/4 cups pasta -- cooked
1 cup milk
1/4 cup red bell pepper -- roasted, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper -- seeded and finely chopped

1. In blender container or food processor bowl combine half the corn and the chicken broth. Cover and blend or process until nearly smooth.

2. In large saucepan combine the broth mixture and the remaining corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer covered for 2 to 3 minutes or until corn is crisp tender. Stir in cooked pasta, milk, roasted bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper, heat through.
