ITALIAN DELI SALAD 

 

1 (7 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, quartered

1 c. (4 oz.) cubed Kraft natural low moisture part skim Mozzarella cheese

1 c. (2 3/3 oz.) rotini or bow tie pasta, cooked, drained

1 (2 3/4 oz.) can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained

1/2 c. Seven Seas Viva Italian dressing

1/2 c. (2 oz.) sliced pepperoni

1/2 c. halved red onion rings

1/4 c. chopped green pepper

1/4 c. Kraft natural shredded Parmesan cheese

 

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.  Enjoy.
