     Tangy Salad Dressing Recipe



This is one salad dressing that I know my family will eat. It's easy to make and better tasting than store-bought dressings.

    Prep/Total Time: 5 min.
    Yield: 6 Servings


Ingredients

    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper


Directions

    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 126 calories, 7 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 99 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
