Sesame Salad Dressing Recipe



For a pleasant, fresh Asian flavor, try this super-easy mixture from Jean Ecos, a field editor from Hartland, Wisconsin. It's light but has plenty of personality.

Ingredients

    6 tablespoons sesame oil
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 tablespoons sugar


Directions

    In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Cover and store in the refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 156 calories, 14 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 614 mg sodium, 7 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 1 g protein.
