{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} Pear Salad With Walnuts and Goat Cheese

 

1/2 lb. mixed salad greens
1 large pear, cored, halved, and sliced
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 oz. crumbled goat cheese
1/2 chopped walnuts

In a salad bowl, combine greens and pear. Add dressing and toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with cheese, toss. Top with walnuts.
