{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} Cream Of Whatever Soup Mix (dry)

 

Cream of Whatever Soup Mix (dry)

2 C.powdered milk
3/4 C. cornstarch
1/4 C. chicken bouillon
2 T. dried onion flakes
1 t. basil
1 t. thyme
1/2 t. pepper

Makes 9 cans of soup

Combine all ingredients mixing well.  Store in airtight container until ready to use. 
To substitute for one can of soup combine 1/3 of the dry mix with 1 ¼ C. cold water in saucepan.  Cook and stir until thickened.  Add to casserole or dish.
