Hot Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
2 tablespoon Flour
6 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
2 eggs
2 cup water
4 tablespoon Vinegar
6 slice thick bacon

Instructions
Mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs and mix well. Add water and stir. Add vinegar. Set aside. Cut bacon into small pieces and brown in medium saucepan. Add sauce mixture and cook on medium heat until thick and starting to bubble.

Also good drizzled over asparagus
