Coleslaw
8 C. cabbage
1/4 C. shredded carrot
1 onion
1/2 C. sugar
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 C. milk
1 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. buttermilk
1/4 C. vinegar
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, milk, mayo, buttermilk, vinegar & lemon juice in bowl & beat until smooth. Add cabbage, carrots & onion. Mix well.
