                       HAM & GARDEN VEGETABLE SALAD

  2               cups  whole wheat pasta
  1 1/2           cups  broccoli florets
  1 1/2           cups  extra lean ham -- precooked
  1                cup  snow peas -- halved lenghtwise
  1             medium  tomato -- chopped
  1             medium  carrot -- cut in julienne strips
     1/3           cup  fat-free mayonnaise
  2        tablespoons  mustard
  2        tablespoons  lemon juice

1.  Cook pasta according to package directions.  Cool under cold running water.  Drain well.

2.  In large bowl combine pasta with ham and vegetables.  Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.  Stir into salad.

3.  Cover and chill at least 1 hour.  Season to taste.
