1 bunch raw broccoli (cut into florets)
1 red onion (chopped)
10 slices crisp bacon (crumbled)
1/2 cup white raisins
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, raisins and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
In a separate bowl or large measuring cup mix mayonaise, sugar, and vinegar.
Pour mayo mixture over broccoli mixture and stir well. Can be served immediately, but my husband prefers to have it refrigerated overnight (but stir again well before serving the next day).
