Ham and Blue Cheese Pasta Salad

When I first saw this recipe, it piqued my interest. It flopped at first, but after some adjustments, this salad's become a real winner in our home.

METHOD:
TIME: Prep/Total Time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
2 cups julienned fully cooked ham
1/3 cup crumbled blue or feta cheese
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 cups (12 ounces) bow tie pasta
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
In a bowl, combine ham, cheese, parsley, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Cook pasta; drain. Immediately add to ham mixture and toss. Add oil and nuts; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately. Yield: 8-10 servings.
