Minted Broccoli Slaw

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 medium cucumber, seeded
1 bag (12-ounce) broccoli coleslaw, The Produce Stand®
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
3/4 cup Greek-style yogurt, Pavel's®
1/4 cup honey, Sue Bee®
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, Heinz®
Directions
Grate cucumber into a large bowl. Add broccoli slaw and mint. Toss to combine thoroughly.
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over slaw. Toss to mix thoroughly.
