BLT with a Twist
Serves 2
2 12-ounce wheat wraps
3 ounces garlic aioli (or mayonnaise)
8 large shrimp, precooked
4 pieces thinly sliced precooked pancetta
2 cups watercress
1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1. Place wraps on work surface; spread with garlic aioli. Evenly layer
shrimp, pancetta, watercress, tomatoes and avocado on each wrap.
Carefully roll wrap, bringing sides in and rolling to the middle. Place
on a preheated panini press and grill for 2 minutes.
