Va-Voom Vinaigrette
1/2 cup canola or other vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Asian (toasted) sesame oil
2 to 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1 tablespoon TABASCO brand Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a covered jar until well combined.
Use to dress salad greens or cold vegetable, meat or fish dishes.
Makes about 1 cup
