Chicken Salad Delight

6 c. chicken, chopped
3-4 green onions, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 apples, peeled & diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipping cream
salt to taste

Mix all ingredients. Add more cream and/or mayonnaise if needed for moisture as desired.
