1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Onion grated to taste
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. chopped or shredded cabbage
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and stir into mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Add salt, grated onion, mustard, and sugar. Put in
refrigerator until mixture is the thickness of unbeaten egg whites. Stir in the cabbage and spoon into an oiled 1-quart ring mold. Chill until firm. Yield:
8 to 10 servings. Enjoy.
