Tangy Salad Dressing Recipe



This is one salad dressing that I know my family will eat. It's easy to make and better tasting than store-bought dressings.

This recipe is:

    * 6 Servings
    * Prep/Total Time: 5 min.


Ingredients

    * 1/2 cup vinegar
    * 1/2 cup sugar
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * 1 teaspoon celery seed
    * 1/4 teaspoon salt
    * 1/8 teaspoon pepper


Directions

    * In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3/4 cup.


Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 126 calories, 7 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 99 mg sodium, 17 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
