Shrimp Cocktail Soup
2 C. Knorr chicken broth
1 C. prepared spicy cocktail sauce
2 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 C. diced cooked shrimp (about 10 oz.)
2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
In large bowl, combine chicken broth, cocktail sauce, lemon juice, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in shrimp and parsley. Chill for one hour. Serve in martini glasses and garnish with 1 whole shrimp over edge of glass.
