WONDERFUL CHICKEN SALAD 

 

1/2 lb. chicken, roll out 1/4" cubes

4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

1 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. chopped onion

1/4 c. chopped parsley

1 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise

1/4 c. milk

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

 

Combine chicken, eggs, celery, onion and parsley. Blend salad dressing, milk, salt an d pepper. Fold into chicken mixture.  Enjoy.
