Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 bunch green onions, diced, or 1 red onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
Toss together vegetables in a large bowl.
Pour salad dressing over all and toss to mix.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to overnight
Makes 8 to 10 servings
