Chinese Chicken Pasta Salad
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce, reduced sodium
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 cups cooked rotini, drained
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup snow pea pods
1/4 cup sliced green onion
Mix the salad dressing, soy sauce, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
