HONEY
1 3/4 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup frozen orange concentrate, thawed
1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Combine all ingredients. Place in a nonmetallic container in the refrigerator. Can be stored for two days.
Serve a 1 ounce portion over fresh fruit in salads, or over pound cake. Enjoy.
