Zippy Pear Salad
2 pears halved and cored
iceberg lettuce cups chilled
3 T Roquefort cheese
3 T. cream cheese
3 T. butter
1 t. horseradish
dash tobasco and dash salt
Arrange pear halves on lettuce and 4 salad plates. Blend other ingredients; spoon into pear centers. Garnish with cress if desired.
