{soups-salads-and-salad-dressings} Chicken Fruit Salad

 

2 large firm bananas
1 Tablespoon water
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
4 cups mixed Salad greens
2 cups chicken cut up into bite size pieces
1 can ( 11 oz.) Mandarine Orange sections chilled and drained
1 can (8 oz.) Pineapple Chunks packed in juice, chilled and drained
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans toasted

Toss all this together and top with a Poppy Seed Dressing
