Cheese And Meatball Soup
2 cups water
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 cup chopped potato
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cubes beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
16 oz. jar cheez whiz (or 1 lb. loaf Velveeta)
MEATBALLS:
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Meatballs: Mix ingredients together thoroughly. Shape into medium
size meatballs. Place uncooked meatballs and all other ingredients,
except cheese, in electric slow cooker. Stir gently. Cover and cook
on low for 8-10 hours. Before serving add cheese, stirring gently
until well blended.
