Erica’s Chip Dip Soup
1 lb. ground beef
16-oz. pkg. frozen corn
16-oz. jar favorite salsa
8-oz. package cream cheese, cubed
Garnish: tortilla chips
Brown beef in a large saucepan over medium heat; drain. Add frozen corn; cook until corn is heated through. Stir in salsa. Cook and stir until cream cheese is completely melted and blended in. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4 to 6.
