Tomato Feta Cheese Salad
2 cloves garlic
2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
1 1/2 cups crumbled Feta cheese
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup and 2 T. wine vinegar
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Rub salad bowl with garlic.
Combine tomatoes, olives and cheese in bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients in jar and shake well.
Pour over tomatoes.
Refrigerate for four hours.
